RS Top Coder aims to deliver work as agreed in the project scope and proposal.
Project Payments
Payments made for custom development services are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Exceptions
If a refund is approved due to special circumstances, it will be processed as per the terms mentioned in the contract.
